If you are thinking about taking part in the TVT and this is your first event of this kind then it’s interesting to know that it’s a realistic, achievable yet challenging aim. Owing to the length and features of this race we can predict that not only is it a huge physical effort but also it requires the runner to spend a lot of thinking time alone . That’s why it’s a good idea to have some advance preparation to increase your chances of reaching your goals. It’s worth knowing that you can decide and prepare WHAT TO THINK, and what STRATEDGIES AND RESOURCES to use ahead of time, to be able to get through those tough moments of solitude during the event.
